Carter Technology Inc. installs this Co-Generation Power Plant technology as
well as that associated with more typical powerhouse facilities. Our personnel
position the equipment and high-pressure piping required in the production of
power plant-generated electrical energy. We can provide installation service
for both Built-Up and Package Boilers. This includes installation of ASME code
piping and other related equipment by our certified welders.

Our personnel are proficient in the use of the appropriate piping materials
and equipment so important to the transport of sub-zero brine systems. From
refrigeration unit placement, to pipe, valves, fittings, and coil hookup, we
provide our client with the hardware and expertise needed to properly simulate
winter-like testing conditions.
Dynamometer Facilities
Stanley Carter Technology Inc. installs the complex systems required to control dynamometer test facilities for major automakers throughout the country. Each Test Room is designed to simulate road and load conditions for engines and transmissions in order to observe such variables as fuel consumption, emissions control, cooling and shifting.
Each set of tests calls for the supply or exhaust of gasoline, water, steam
air or emitted gases to or from the test area. All required service piping and
specialty components are installed by Stanley Carter Technology Inc. personnel.
An
additional service that Stanley Carter Technology Inc. provides for clients is
the ability to fabricate and design piping components in-house for jobsite
installation. Prefabrication ensures accurate production and timely
installations of piping systems.
Our skilled welders and pipe fitters are capable of fabricating pipe of
all sizes and types. From sophisticated materials such as high-pressure,
high-temperature piping required by co-generation systems, to the varied
materials demanded by waste treatment, our personnel can provide the
prefabricated piping needed to satisfy all requirements.
